Our Quality:
Your customers will be impressed with the investment in first class material and workmanship. We are very particular about the vendors that supply our lumber, plywood and hardware. Our tools are precise, sharp and well maintained. We follow proven AMSCE and military specifications for construction, product protection and preservation. All our lumber is HT stamped and we are certified by Nelma to build crates that fully comply with strict requirements applied to international wood packing materials. There are several key considerations in selecting a package design that will give optimum protection. Linkup with our on-line selection guide to see where you product fits. You will see a number of crate designs for your consideration all to assist in our initial discussions. We will provide a CAD design for your review before we build.

Real World Solutions:
We are totally aware of the rigors of freight handling. With our own experience in transporting international freight we are well aware of the do’s and don’t and we know the risk one takes by failing to comply. Design must take into account how a truck will loaded and consideration must be given how the crate will be handled on cross docks; to do otherwise invites “mishandling” and damage. Freight moves fast. A crate must clearly signal where and how it should be handled; things weigh and center of gravity. Is it top heavy? And upon arrival will your customer need instructions on how best to un-pack. On big jobs we often prepare a PowerPoint “how to” presentation that can be emailed in advance of arrival. Again it’s all about our dedication to service.

• Lumber all marked HT for export; 1x3, 1x4, 1x12, 2x4, 2x6, 2x8 and 4x4
• Plywood CDX 3/8”, ½” and ¾”
• Corrugated; 60”x120” Triwall panels; E containers, E-H containers and E-Q containers.
• Preservation material; corrosion inhibitors, desiccants and vapor barriers for ocean shipments.
• Foam for cushioning and shock protection is ready in a variety of densities and thicknesses.
• Vibration testing is available on-site. We have experience building crates to protect sensitive electronic equipment to 15G’s.
